Hello (Secret) World!

By the time you read this I may already be dead. It's true, people can die at literally any time. Hopefully, I am not dead. However, by undertaking this investigation (known as The Investigation) and making myself an enemy of this particular agency (known as The Agency), I am putting myself in a great deal of danger.

All I know is that there is a traitor in our midst (known as The Traitor). Our organization (known as The Organization... I've just now realized that we don't have the most creative naming scheme) has become corrupt. In order to preserve our greatest secret (known as The Secr- you know what, I think you can figure that one out on your own, by now), I've distanced myself from those that I trust and am conducting my own research in the hopes of foiling the imminent and sinister plot that is in motion.

This is neither easy nor straight-forward work. I must sort the clues from the coincidences, the friends from the foes, and the needles from the haystacks. Both The Organization and The Agency are deeply entrenched in all sorts of mysteries and codes. Some agents are so deep undercover that they no longer remember which side of this ancient feud they are on.

I've disguised my work under the pretense of a high school English blog, and will be analysing literature both to keep up my cover and also because books are terribly interesting. No one will ever suspect the secret purpose of the blog.

I cannot predict what sort of riddles will be in my path nor what sort of dangers lurk around every corner, but if I can outsmart those riddles and outrun those dangers, then perhaps I can help win the feud and protect the world from the havoc The Agency would wreak.

Friends, use the knowledge found on this blog to protect our world.

Enemies, forget everything you just read, close the browser, and throw your computer out the nearest window.
